The Cab

Monday, 1st October 2012, Hard Rock Hotel Bali started the month with a performance from The Cab at Centerstage. They rocked the stage with Alexander DeLeon as lead vocal, Alex Marshall on piano/keyboard, Joey Thunder on the bass, Dave Briggs hitting the drums and Chantry "Chance" Johnson as guitarist and backing vocal.

The Cab is an American alternative rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada. Their debut album, Whisper War was released on April 29, 2008. Followed by second album Symphony Soldier released on August 23, 2011, with its first single "Bad" released to iTunes July 11, 2011 and announced by the band on July 18. With the success of their second album, they are now able to visit new countries, play in front of countless fans and heard their songs blasting in shopping malls, supermarkets and radios around the world. They are now a proud member of Universal Republic Records and welcomed into a family of some of the most talented and inspiring artists in the business.

They were here in Bali for a tour break in the middle of their Asian Tour with Maroon 5. They gave an outstanding performance bringing their own hit singles Take My Hand, La La and Bad. They also played some songs from Maroon 5 and did some mash up versions. Their entertaining and interactive act was appraised by the screaming fans.

When they were told that Hard Rock Hotel Bali would have a Pinktober event for the whole month of October to campaign the breast cancer awareness, these humble guys were more than happy to be part of the opening event for Pinktober. Prior to the performance, these cool guys singed the Pink Signature Guitar for Hard Rock Hotel Bali's memorabilia collection at the Starz Diner. Off the stage, they expressed their happiness to Hard Rock Hotel Bali that was doing this for a good cause.

The Pinktober event is dedicated to support the fight against Breast Cancer with the proceeds from the sales of our Pinktober Room, Pinktober Party donation door charge and "Pink is Punk" cocktail for the whole month of October will be donated to Bali Pink Ribbon.
